Can anyone help me find Prada ladies bags and wallets in Bahrain?
I looked in Bahrain City Center and found nothing.
Can anyone suggest anywhere else so I don't have to scour every mall in the city?

If you are after a 'not so genuine one' i'm sure the souk could be an option.. 
but it its a gift for someone, then better go for the real thing.. 
Another option, try asking the some bag shops when you visit the malls? They may be able to advise you where you can find such shops..
