I am a canadian looking to relocate to belize,however still to young to retire(37). Just looking for any info i can find on employment,i have various backround experiences. Any info & advice would be greatly appreciated.

It is neither easy - nor very profitable - to work in Belize, even though they badly need qualified professionals.
Even when you find an employer - or an employer finds you - it is not easy to get a work permit, as there is a long list of professions (and plain jobs) that are limited to Belize natives only. But should you get the permit (if your employer is persistent enough) it costs $1000!
