My name is sajid. My brother is working for a telecom company in Abu Dhabi (but on the pay roll of an outsourced company). Even after 2 months of his joining the company has not returned his original educational qualification certificate. Also the passport is with them. yMy brother is 21 years old and finding it difficult to generate sales being a sales executive (to be honest that may be His inability). I don't blame the company. Now if mybrother wants to quit and return to India what is the procedure. If he resigns by himself on a one day notice and asks for his documents ...would the company give it to him.....pls give suggestions.....what and how should we go about this....the contract is a 2 years contract.
