my previous agency processed my haad exemption using my Ascpi certificate. but the problem is that agency no longer processing my application and my haad pre license status already been disapproved. im planning to re apply it on my own. did anyone undergo haad exemption thru ascpi? can anyone help me. its been a year since my haad application.
