Hi Rohit,

Suggest if you want to learn Tagalog language here its better you meet our filipinos in India community in Delhi,We have our yahoo filipino groups website in india.I'd been to Delhi for 6 years.If you like i can give you the website or else you can meet them at Vatican Christian Church,New Delhi every Sunday morning Mass,location near to Asoka Hotel..They organized weekend get together party in Delhi or Gurgaon..Hope you will learn easily tagalog language from my fellow filipino friends in Delhi.
