Sofitel The Palm or Hilton in Jumeirah Marine ? What to choose

I've just received another job offer and I really don't know which I should choose. I hope you can help me. I'm bartender.

One month ago I received job offer from Sofitel The Palm Resort and Spa. They offered me:
Basic salary: 1500 AED
Service charge: 300-500 AED
Accommodation: 3 man rooms, free pool gym internet connection, 3 meals per day.
Transport: form and to work, to and from Dubai mall
Health: full insurance
Visa: work visa
Airplane tickets: 1 ticket to Dubai and every 2 years ticket to home
Working days: 6 per week holidays paid 125% basic salary.
Tips: probably high

Today I was interviewed by manager from Hilton in Jumierah Marina. Right away I received their offer.
It almost same as Sofitel. Differences:
Basic salary: 2000 AED
Accommodation: 2 man room,


Most important thin are tips, but it's hard to tell where I will get bigger. In marina or on firs build by man island in Sofitel. What do you think? Which opportunity would you choose and why?
