We live in Bali and we need a Justice of the Peace to sign some paperwork for back in australia.
Does anybody know of a JP from australia living in Bali

I don't think the term JP is used in Bali. The equivalent would be a 'Notaris' - sort of like a Notary Public in Australia, but on steroids. Unlike a Notary in Oz, the Notaris is not only qualified to witness documents, but advises in all matters related to Bali land/business transactions. They are usually qualified lawyers, but also are trained in Indonesian Constitutional Law.

Lots of them around - go down Jl. Nakula (the continuation of Jl.66 east of Jl. Legian and look for the big white 'Notaris' signs.
