Sorry. being new did not know the the rules. Here goes, I am a retired Physician. I landed here because I married a German. I worked for the American Forces until I retired in 2011. Now feel the need to find English speakers in or around Pirmasens which is a small town about 50 km from Kaiserslautern,in Rhein-land Pfalz. I would like to meet English speaking people to talk about books,travels, history, food & wine etc.

Hi Dimitri,
Thanks for your post. Are you a student or working here ? What languages do you speak ? I had French in school but am not very fluent at it. It does come back when I visit France for a few days. As you probably know ,we are quite close to Alsace.
