N.ike and similar shoes are made in Hai Phong, so that style shoe should be found in Ha Noi, did you try the 'Russian' market.

If you were in the Big City you would have far better success as there are several factories making shoes. Long Thanh is a dependable make. And they have Foreigner size shoes in stock.

You'd better go to a store making shoes and order any size you want. In Hanoi, you can find stores like this around the Old Quarter (such as Hang Giay, Hang Da, Hang Dau street).

Custom made VN shoes are often little better than short-lived junk. Many look like 'winkle pickers' with the point cut off.
