Buying property in Austria

It's just too complicated to explain here how to buy property in Austria!!! You can do it, that's for sure and I would recommend only 3 thing to anyone who is buying any kind of property here:
- get yourself a lawyer who will oversee all your papers and documentation - you rather pay him few Euro than get yourself into whole lot of problems just because someone things that you are a foreigner, probably with a lot of money and you can be exploited.
- get your self a help with finance questions (Finanzberater)from the same reason as mentioned before
- and NEVER, really NEVER sign anything if you are not 100% sure that you really want to buy it or before you know if you can even afford it. They like to make you sign an  documents when you want to rent or buy but once you sign and then change you mind you and up paying huge amount of money and even if they tell you that you have to sign - you actually don't have to!!!
