I recently ordered something through a website called www.gin4all.pt. Unfortunately I am not able to get in contact with the company though their phone number and through their email address. Now I wanted to make a complaint through the Complaint Book. However, I cannot find the company on the Complaint Book (even by using the advanced search). I am worried that I might have fallen victim to a fraudulent business. Unfortunately I made my payment via Multibanco.
Does anybody know what I should do now (except writing this off under lessons learnt)?
