Hello all, I have been offered an employment opportunity by both HMC and PHCC. I cleared interviews and received offer letters from both organizations.
Nature of job - both are technical IT roles with an almost similar nature of work.
Salary - both are offering similar benefits and allowances, but the only difference is that PHCC is offering QAR 500 more salary than HMC.
PHCC grade - 004
HMC grade - G-06
I'm looking for a long term career and growth. I'm confused about which one to choose, please advice.
In HMC you will have Rotational Shift and PHCC i assume only Morning and Evening Shift,
