Recently, I have heard various cases of people traveling to the UAE on visit visas and searching for an employer to get a job offer. This is increased manifolds after COVID-19. The cost of a visit visa is lower than the cost of an agent-provided work visa. So, people have a view that they will get a job as they enter Dubai in any way.
This increased the difficulties for the genuine people who want to visit Dubai. Dubai banned several districts of Pakistan from getting a visit visa after this practice reached its peak. Such people not only create problems for themselves but for the other people of their country.
