Settlement

Hello everyone,

I have one question and will be thankful if anyone can clarify it.


if an employee work in a company for 1.6 months.

let's say the employee joined on 1st of September 2021. Then on September 2022 she take her annual leave. And she resumes her duty on October 2022.

now she is resigning on feb 2022.

so do the company calculate her 2022 annual leave from September, or should be calculated from October after she joined the work back from her 1st leave?

Don't understand the dates. I think there is a typo.


Annual leave is per contract period from when they join. It doesn't matter when or how it is taken.
