Register at BRP and obtain BSN No.

Hello Team,

I have a few questions of urgent manner. I was in France for my Master and in the month of June, I came to the Netherlands for an Internship. But my company didn't explain the whole process.

I figured out that during my research I have to apply for IND first. And then apply for BSN.

But my internship was for 4 months, which has been over. But I want to stick to the Netherlands.

I came to France in December. I have applied for a job and internship.

But for IND, I need sponsor.

What did I suppose to do now? I need BSN and RP asap.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

You would appear to have a few options, the first task is to find that job/internship in order to get sponsored.  The Dutch Government (IND) website has all the information about the different visas available to come and work in the Netherlands; this link will take you straight to it.

BRP (Gemeente registration) is part of the process once you have arrived in the Netherlands for your new role; part of that process is the issue of your BSN and DigiD.  Once you have your BSN, you can do things like register with a doctor, open a bank account etc.

I hope this helps.
