Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Not really a thing in the UK. Some scouting and similar groups may arrange something for their members, but your kids are a bit young. Some schools arrange sporting activities and independent play schools have limited activities during the day, but there's normally a cost involved. A quick Google search told me about things arranged as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
