Job responsibilities:
• Finding recruiting opportunities in Korean market
• Collecting current labor market information and monitoring recruitment trends in Korea
• Participation in recruitment and selection tasks
• job ads / appearance management to support Korean selection
• Processing and management of incoming Korean CVs
• Organizing Online Job Interviews – Korean language cross checking
• Support in HR administrative tasks

• Native Korean and Fluent English language knowledge
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills both in Korean and in English
• Creative, reliable and persevering personality
• Precision of data entry
• Knowledge of online recruitment platforms/sources in Korea is a plus
• HR degree or HR (recruitment) experience is an advantage
• Work type: Full-time, Immediate start
