Description

• Set HR priorities of sourcing, recruitment, and selection.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and deployment of local staff, ensuring the highest quality staffs is hired.
• Manpower sourcing of CVs through headhunting and online advertising.
• Ensure the company is fully compliant with local labor law in regards to immigration regulations for all staff.
Direct and manage the HR team in operating area and provide a supporting HR service.

Skills
Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Literacy of MS office package and especially Intermediate level knowledge in Ms Excel preferred.
Work independently and in a team environment to effectively accomplish required goals
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Diplomas
Degree in Administration or Industry standard qualification with functional experience.
