1 BDR 2 bath rental unit is located on a beachfront property, 30 meters from the ocean's edge.
It has a very unique "Gaudi de Barcelona" style. Many of the mosaic artworks the owner has personally installed. Its unique outdoor fully equipped kitchen and one of the bathrooms have the picadillo style of tiling. The other bathroom has a worldwide shell collection embedded in the walls as a decoration.
The bedroom sleeps two in a double bed and the other room is now set up as a living room that can easily convert back to a bedroom and hence sleep 2 more. It has a double size sofa bed with a pillow top addition to dress the bed. Both rooms have a private bathroom, ceiling fans, AC.
Washer/dryer on premises.
There is a private well so when houses, condos and, even whole towns are out of water, water is still flowing on this property.
One of the unique features of this large property is you are here in nature with plenty of tropical birds and an iguana feeding station. Fruit is put out and up to 15 iguanas have been seen feeding there in the beautiful garden.

Rent includes internet, water, garden care and electric up to $40 per month, which is usually plenty.
There is a Smart TV with Netflix app and BBQ for your use.
Long term rental is preferred but short term may be possible.
Maximum occupancy for the entire unit is 4.

Tarzana's Beachfront Casas-Additional Info:
The drive from Tocumen International airport is approximately 2 hours. Taxis run about $75-$100
It is a 2500 M2 (.6 acre) seaside property, 30 meters from the ocean's edge in a small Pacific beach town of El Palmar, very near to Coronado, a center of business, shopping and entertainment. Just 8 steps down from the edge of the property, your feet touch the warm tropical sand. Low tide affords you long walks on the beach.
El Palmar is good for surfing, boogie boarding, paddleboarding and kayaking. Tarzana's Beachfronts is an eco-oriented property.

This gorgeous property boasts 150 feet of beachfront, colorful flowering plants and a tremendous amount of shade from the large majestic trees. Many of my guests park themselves there under the shade for hours to gaze out at the sea. Calming ocean waves play their tunes all day long for you to enjoy!
A 40 minute drive from El Palmar will take you to the lovely mountain town of El Valle which has many different activities and sights to see. The drive to El Valle is a scenic hilly road with many fruit stands and craftworks on the way. The town itself is a bit cooler than the coast on most days. El Valle boasts a fascinating Sunday Market with arts, crafts, plants and food items. The natives come down from the mountains on those days to sell their wares and the Guna (formerly called Kuna) Indians also bring their world famous molas. There are interesting hikes in El Valle to areas with beautiful views, waterfalls, and historical points with petroglyphs. If butterflies are your cup of tea, El Valle boasts the number one attraction in Panama--the Butterfly Haven, where you can experience butterflies all around you in a caged area feeding on beautiful flowers. A zoo is also located in El Valle; it is the only place in the world where you can see a golden frog. All are gone from the wild and one remains there at the zoo to view.
For those who golf, there are several golf courses in the beach areas.
Surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers can rent here in El Palmar. There are surf lessons for those who are interested.
Yoga/Zumba/Pilates classes are offered in Coronado.
Many restaurants are found in the beach areas with varied cuisines.
There is great fishing and scuba diving/snorkeling in many of the areas in Panama.
Panama offers a great assortment of organized tours to jungle, beach, mountain, lake and indigenous areas. Deep sea fishing, hiking, scuba diving and snorkeling are available as tours in areas more than 25 miles away.
