Hi I am still in quarantine but wanted to get a laptop. I was wondering which were the best stores for buying laptops and electronics, which have delivery service? Something like Best Buy perhaps?

You could try Fortress. They've been around in HK like forever and they sell electrical and electronic products and do delivery:
