Construction to start within 14 months. Perhaps it will be most useful when the second phase is completed to the airport. 11,000 passengers/day not a lot, but it sounds good for international travelers. Wondering how much the fares will be, how much more expensive than the buses. All sounds good now, gotta wait and see the reality of it all years from now. Good luck.
