check Facebook Nassau market place or call a real estate agent from Nassau and tell him or her what you are looking for exactly as in the Bahamas it is a rule to pay first and last month deposit plus all utilities extra, electricity is extremely high priced be aware ask to see the original bills of the utilities before you sign anything.
