I saw a piece of property in the Exzumas. What can I really expect? Can see a power line, but what of water or sewerage?

That's a shame for I'm researching the area. The input from others would be helpful.
Out on the outer islands there isn't much for drilling a well or septic. So I'm curious what to expect.
I'm hoping someone might pop up and talk to us out here.
