Hi everyone,
I am interested in buying a flat in the center of Athens. As I don't live in Athens, I would like to know in which quart should I look for offers: Which quarts are close to the center, which are secure and interesting and not extremely expensive (expensive means something like: 1000€/m2).
Also I would be glad to receive other advices about this issue.

I already checked and I am still looking for flats in Pagkrati ... This area would match perfectly to what I am looking for ... (according to what I was told - it is not my proper experience)!
