I wanted to get insight on working situation for foreigners
My husband is an information officer by professional and I'm the social worker
also I wanted to know the best way of learning Norweagn, I think I need to know the language before start the visa application
lastly

You need to check if your qualification is recognized in Norway. There are some professions in Norway that you can only find jobs with qualification obtained in Norway.
Just a heads up......due to oil prices, Norway job market is not very good. There are huge number of people being retrenched.
