Thanks for your post, I can't wait to try rafting in Cagayan. I also heard the have zip lines there also. I love excitement and I might even be able to talk my wife into it too....

Yeah they have zip lines too.. and If you want to experience the taste of "ancient Cagayan de Oro".. Visit also Malasag Eco Park. a Mountain Resort with around 30 - 45 Minutes from Metro Cagayan, the center of the aborigines and wave with the indigenous people having their street dancing every morning (Sunrise) and afternoon (Sunset).

Cagayan de Oro is part of the ancient Subanon Tribe Territories to Misamis Occidental (Ozamis City) and the whole Zamboanga peninsula and neighboring islands in the west of Zamboanga.

Subanon Tribe in Cagayan de Oro Subanon are still very alive and visible in Malasag Eco Park. They will welcome the visitors in Malasag as they welcome the beautiful sunrise every morning... with their traditional gongs and tribal musical instruments
