Welcome on board !
Please note that I have created a new topic from your post on the Maldives forum so that members can guide you (you posted on an obsolete thread).
Maldives is safe however it is not easy to move there. You need to find a job first. As you are doctors, I can only suggest that you contact clinics and hospitals in Maldives (google search them) and send your CV.
You can also create your CV in our Jobs in Maldives section for better exposure.
