Maybe someone faced such a case?
My work permit expires on February 27, 2023 (duration 1 year, with observation of employment in the financial sector 241).
On December 15, my current employer (on my behalf) applied for the renewal of my work permit for the next 3 years.
I just received a job offer with a March 1, 2023 start date (financial sector). I'm going to accept it, but I'm not sure about the work permit renewal process. The notice period at the current job is 1 month.
Can my current employer (having known that I am resigning at the end of Febuary) cancel/withdrow my application for a work permit renewal?
Should I interrupt the current Work Permit renewal process and reapply with a new employer?
Or should I just wait for the renewed work permit and start with a new job on March 1st?
