Necesitamos estudiantes rápidos, trabajadores independientes, autosuficientes y, sobre todo, personalidades amigables, optimistas y positivas. Ser bilingüe en español es una ventaja. Nos especializamos en atender llamadas telefónicas entrantes para consultorios médicos y realizar llamadas salientes para programar citas. DEBE sentirse cómodo hablando por teléfono y respondiendo grandes volúmenes de llamadas telefónicas. También debe sentirse cómodo con el uso de múltiples sistemas durante su turno. Debe tener Internet confiable, monitores duales y un lugar tranquilo para trabajar. Debe estar interesado en un puesto a largo plazo, ya que la capacitación requiere mucho tiempo y el puesto será un trabajo estable con un horario constante. Debe hablar inglés con fluidez y acento americano. Tenga en cuenta que las computadoras portátiles Chrome no son compatibles con nuestras plataformas.
Remote Patient Care Coordinator Work
We are currently in search of 4-5 new agents to join our team. We need fast learners, independent workers, self-sufficient, and above all friendly, upbeat, and positive personalities. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus. We specialize in taking inbound phone calls for doctor's offices and makingÂÂÂ outbound calls for appointment scheduling. MUST be comfortable with talking on the phone and answering high volumes of phone calls. Also must be comfortable with using multiple systems during your shift. Must have reliable internet, dual monitors, and a quiet place to work. Must be interested in a long-term position as training is time-consuming and the position will be steady work with a consistent schedule. Must be fluent in English with an American accent. Please note that Chrome notebook computers are not compatible with our platforms.
