i think there's a crossfit gym near al amal. i don't know the bldg's name but it's the one with the shawarma store. it's on the second floor. i'm just not sure if they offer classes for ladies.i haven't really checked. Read More

Hi, did you have any luck with finding a decent gym?Yes. I found a gym right behind Al Jimi Mall. It is a small gym but a decent price. I was just looking for a place I could go for a run at and not die from heart failure due to desert heat. LOL!hi! ... Read More
