Suryathon - 108 Sun Salutations at Yoga Shaala (16th March , 5 pm - 7.30 pm)
Yoga Shaala invites you to celebrate Vernal Equinox with ‘Suryathon -108 Sun Salutations'.The Vernal Equinox marks the change of season and we invite you to celebrate the change of season with 108 Sun Salutations.
The session will include a practice of 108 Sun Salutations followed by Singing Bowl Meditation.!
4 different teachers from Yoga Shaala will be guiding you through the practice. The flow and the sequence of the 2.5 hr special class by Yoga Shaala has been developed to make the practitioners experience the purity of their mind and thoughts through the authenticity of the ancient practice of Sun Salutations. The practitioners will get to experience the physical , mental , emotional , psychological and spiritual dimensions of Sun Salutations.
At the end of the Session we'll have Himalayan singing bowls meditation that will weave a tapestry of sound that offer a memorable experience that can restore, inspire and enhance a deep sense of well being. A singing bowls concert offers a positive, non-invasive way to create a deeply relaxed and peaceful state.It is easy and simple, all one has to do is listen and enjoy. When the bowls are played, one is immersed in beautiful sound as the soothing tones flow through all the senses. Relaxation is brought forth by the restorative resonances of the bowls.
