Edward Welter is an artist well-known in Beverly Hills (USA), Saint-Tropez (France), Monaco and Monte-Carlo. He recently moved from California, USA to Luxembourg, a sacred place that connects him to his ancestors.
Following his studies of art and design in Nice and Los Angeles, Edward Welter worked in fashion industry for such prominent brands as Chanel and Yves Saint-Laurent. He quickly gained worldwide recognition for his range of vibrant colors and vivacious gestures, incorporating a blend of expressionism, abstraction, and lyricism. The aspect of spirituality is underscored in all his paintings. However, the ultimate translation and meanings are left to the viewer. He exhibits internationally, holds solo shows in USA, UK, and France.
