International Talents Emilia-Romagna Smart Co-cooking

Smart Co-cooking is an online cooking workshop format where “culinary nomads” - enthusiasts and amatorial chefs - show their own culture, experiences and creativity while sharing with participants and cooking together a special recipe.

The format has been designed and launched during the quarantine by the association Cozinha Nomade. Today almost 30 co-cooking sessions have taken place, involving a total of almost 300 participants.

Since Smart Co-cooking main purpose is about creating spaces for sharing, interact with other internationals, listen to their stories and learn new recipes, together with Cozinha Nomade the it-ER staff organize and facilitate a session dedicated to it-ER Community.

The culinary nomad will be Elahe Rajabiani, Innovation Coach and Service Designer at Almacube - the incubator and innovation hub of the University of Bologna and Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.

She will drive us in the preparation of an Iranian special recipe, mixed up with Emilia-Romagna flavours. Be ready to join this unique journey, buy the right ingredients (or hack them with your favourite ones) and set up your kitchen to prepare the recipe guided by Elahe, while chatting with the others.

Smart Co-cooking indeed, despite the physical distance, still allows you to enter the kitchens of each participant, creating a unique and singular interaction, offering an inclusive experience. This is the reason participants allowed are no more than 12 (book your seat here). Because of the same reason, Kedy and Anna, founders of Cozinha Nomade will facilitate the session creating the right atmosphere to make contamination happen.
