Aerial silks dance is such a graceful blend between a beautiful form of art and aerial fitness . Doing aerial silks dance can improve upper body strength, range of motion/flexibility and brain function and can reduce stress. It's addictive and it's never boring.
We will guide you on the use of the fabric to climb, wrap,drop, spin and spiral your body into expressing yourself as a form of art.
Complete beginners are welcome as classes are progressive, focusing not only on the poses/tricks, but also to prepare your strength and awareness for the subsequent lessons and levels.
Our classes are run in small groups of up to 4 students
