Looking for Male Caucasian Models (Newbies or Professionals)

Hi friends, need your help. I am managing a photo shoot for a Men's Wear this first week of July. I am currently looking for MALE, CAUCASIAN models. Being in the Philippines, specifically Cebu makes it a bit challenging to look for these talents. So I am looking at any other venues possible to get the right people for this job.

Here are the details:

Minimum Height Requirement - 5''9'
Built - Regular built (not too skinny, and not too muscular)
Age: between 19 to 30 years old
Location: Cebu (or if you think you'll be in Cebu City by this week 'til July then feel free to submit your application)
Available slots: 3

I have already tried the modelling agencies, but they are giving me the same faces. I seriously need fresh and new talents for this shoot. A little backgrounder about the shoot, this is mainly for an Men's Office Wear. Selected candidates will attend a modelling workshop (for the newbies) and will be paid during the photo shoot.
