Hi Enragedtyp,
You may continue to work until the validity of your pass only. Your employer can also request a special extension to MOM if there is a pending appeal so that you can continue to work.

HR would already aware of this, isn't that the case? MoM has pretty stringent guidelines, in fact your HR will be or should be guiding you in this scenario.

Yes and you are correct my HR should be aware of this. I will just inform them and make sure they are familiar. Our HR person is new and I just dont want to take any chances. Again, thank you all for responding.
