Hello there!
I am a third-country national with a long-term residence permit (EC) from the Czech Republic, and I'm preparing to move to Stockholm in two months' time.
I'm self-employed and got the long-term residence permit on that basis.
Form 136011 seems straightforward enough, but I am self-employed, and on the last page, it says I need to show a "Document which demonstrates that you are self-employed (Swedish certificate of registration)".
How do I apply for this without a personnummer?
