Hi,

I'm soon moving from India to BKK.

I just want to know what the guidelines for renters in BKK is.

for ex:

1)can we hang nails in the walls of a long-term rented property?

2) How does the utilities Bill get charged? Is it per condo/house separate meter based?

And any other similar points that I should be advised on.
