Probation period

don't understand that. However probation periods are more for the employer than the employee. You are kept on probation period to see how you did perform on your job, so you cant just decide to leave,especially in Saudi Arabia. And in this case you signing the contract already makes things difficult as you are bind by it. 

At this case the best you can do is finish your contract, cos advising you to go to labor court could be a mistake.
