Hi, I am working in Malaysia on EP2 for 2+ years. I have received an offer from a new company. I want to switch. But my current company is not giving me NOC. I have recently renewed my EP till aug 2020. What can be done in this case?

Hopefully the employer will cancel your current EP and you leave the country at an agreed date. This will then allow the new employer to make an application but you would have to remain outside Malaysia and enter on a VDR (if you ordinarily require a visit visa)
