Dear Sir,
I worked in the Company for 14 Years running now, I would like to resign the job, Then i will go thru the Lawyer put the case in the Saudi labor court , Lawyer Accepted, But Lawyer said, He will make the necessary documents i need to sign, After case win, Lawyer will get the my Service (End of Service Money ) Benifites, Lawyer will transfer money to my account. Is this Correct way. (if the lawyer get the money, If he didnt transfer to my account, what i will do, Nothing i think i will loose my money, Kindly advise, Thank you)

Hello,
The way seems to be correct but be sure about the papers you have signed. Also provide guidelines of how you arranged for the lawyer as many are facing same situation.

Better to ask labor office directly for the correct procedures to avoid any issue
