Just to ask if it is possible for a new emoloyer to apply for my spass while I am currently working under my current emoloyer?
As I've read from diff forum some said it is possible some does not, thanks in advance.

Yes, your new employer can apply S pass or EP, where your existing work pass is under your current employer.
