Hello everyone!
Ty for this thread..any insight on bureucracies on marrying a german resident who is an EU National(non-germAn but born there). From Manila will it be wise to marry in Germany and just go back to home country and wait for a family reunion visa? Will it be wise to go back to homecountry after german wedding and apply for spouse visa? What is fiance/husband can not support Filipina wife? Are there remedies?ty

The buerocracy of marrying in Germany is difficult - read related threads on this forum!
It is easier to marry abroad and get it recognised her (there are also threatds on that).
