About Offer letter

Hi there,

I had received a 2 page offer letter from my employer. They have shared a microsoft word copy for the first page along with sealed copy for the second page.

Guys, Is it genuine??Kind of no fraud as most of the term and conditions mentioned in the first page which is a simple ms word document and not a sealed copy. But the second page is sealed. When I asked them about this they said it is okay. But I am worried if I change my employer in future are they asking me sealed copy of both the pages???

Kindly suggest.Thanks a lot.
