Dear sir I Having some problems with my construction manager he push me out from the site for nothing then I went to the pro office to inform him the situation but he refused to listen me and he told me verbally that u r terminate but he doesn't give me any written letter n he also push me out from the office now I am job less so I need your advice what to do what is the right way please sir help me
