Hi everyone i recently noticed by applying everywhere that founding a job in the U.A.E can be very difficult. Do you guys have any tips for finding a job in the Marketing /HR field ? Is it better to be in place in the U.A.E ? Knowing that i currently resides in Canada ! Thank you in advance !

I have already posted on this particular topic many times on this forum. So I suggest to use the search button.

However, with the economy the way it is, it is better to be physically here to look for a job as then employers are reassured that they don't have to pay for your relocation. Also, it is easier if you are a highly skilled professional vs. a generic professional as in the latter category, your competition would be vs. local non gcc arabs and asians who are much cheaper than you. Excluding unique skill sets or very senior roles, it is a cost game nowadays.
