Except for a few spots on the road that loops around the mountain range on the north side of the island, all the roads seem to be below 25 meter elevation. That would seem ideal for electric bikes. A 50cc motorbike could go anywhere easily, as well as take an occasional ferry trip to the mainland parts of Kien Giang province.
