Erasmus Sudent - Travel in Europe

Dear all,

Hope you are all doing good!

I am an non-EU citizen, and I am in Liège in an exchange program (Erasmus) for 1 semester. I have already got my A card (Titre de séjour temporaire) which is valid for 5-6 months.

I would like to know if I can use this card + my passport to travel within the EU countries. And, if I am taking planes, would that be fine? No need for visa?

I just would like to clear this concerns before I plan anything.

Thank you for your time and help.

Cheers,

Yes, you can travel freely in schengen zone with your A type residence permit and your national passport.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it.

Warning !

Some low-coast companies (ryanair style) can cause you some problems when checking in at the airport. If you have to travel by plane, call them to be certain ...

Ow! Thank you man for the heads up. I appreciate it.
