You have to be married to deliver within the GCC and all hospitals will ask for marriage certificates or proof of marriage. If you are not married; you can still deliver in some cases (where medical conditions necessitate the same) but be aware of legal issues after the birth which come from being unmarried and giving birth out of wedlock in a muslim country. Consequences could be jail or deportation depending on the circumstances.
