Hi,
I am working in here in Bahrain last 11 months in my contract my company can allow to switch in another company after one year but I have to give them one month notice period. So can I give notice after like after 11 months one week so till I completely notice period time I will complete one year also or I wait until complete one year for notice

You need to complete one year as per labour law. Notice period is as per your contract. They may or may not mutually co-exist. My suggestion would be to complete one year and then give notice to make sure there is no ambiguity or issue.
